St. Vincent and the Grenadines lie between the tropic of Cancer and the Equator, approximately 1.600 miles southeast of Miami. St. Vincent is the largest of the more than 30 islands that comprise the nation, covering roughly150 square miles. Canouan is reached by air from North America and Europe through six major gateways - Barbados, San Juan-P.R., Grenada, St. Vincent, Martinique and St. Lucia - with connection to Canouan’s modern Airport, offering night landing facilities.
